On the last Thursday of every month there is always a contact evening in the Business Incubator Berlin. The aim of the event is to have an informal networking with and for those interested in creating a startup, students, founders and all who want to get to know the Business Incubator Berlin.
One of our startups prepare the food and another team activates our brains by giving a small speech and/or activity.
A mentor is usually academically-oriented, a professor at the BSEL and accompanies the project from a scientific or strategic point of view. The other mentor comes directly from the economy; Often bringing startup and management experience.
Mentoring is then held regularly with you and your team.
Here, the Startup Incubator Berlin also offers support. The most popular way to start-up funding is often through a scholarship. We advise and support you with „Exist Gründerstipendium“ and „Berliner Startup Stipendium“ and give you an initial assessment whether your project is suitable for the scholarships.
In the later phase, we will also be at your side to assist you with business angels and institutional investors.
It doesn’t matter if it is the evaluation of possible sales options in the “product and sales management” course or the development of an app prototype in the course “Software Engineering”, the startups profit from the results of the students and these in turn profit from being involved in real and practical case studies.
