Tom worked as an IT consultant at adesso. There he leads a student project for a project management system and deals with topics like requirements engineering and quality and test management. He studied industrial engineering with a focus on information and communication systems at TU Berlin. In the course of his master's degree, he completed a semester abroad at the University of Twente (Netherlands) and worked as a system engineer at Deutsche Bahn.
At DocVox, Tom takes on tasks in the administrative area. This includes management, finance, and business development.
Viktor completed his Master's degree in Information Systems Management at TU Berlin with a focus on distributed systems and networks. His first professional experience was at the startup Sendinblue in the field of Data Engineering. After his master's, he worked as an analytics consultant for SAP for several years. The focus was on machine learning, Big Data, containers, and microservices. Due to his deep understanding of different systems, programming languages, frameworks, and their interoperabilities, he has the ability to develop "state-of-the-art" software solutions.
At DocVox, Viktor faces the challenges of product development, proper application operation, technical strategy, and efficiency. Through his completed master thesis in the field of artificial intelligence, he is able to develop novel algorithms for speech and text recognition that can be applied and further developed.
Simon Krantz graduated his master's degree at Normandy Business School with a focus on Cross-Cultural Marketing and Negotiation. He was lastly working in the knowledge brokerage sphere where he was managing teams of associates and handling 15 to 20+ projects weekly from kick-off to successful completion. During this experience, he developed a client focus mindset and gained solid sales, negotiation, and project management skills. He is also fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
At DocVox, he is responsible for sales, marketing, go-to-market strategy - from market research analysis, lead generation, customer outreach, campaign management, sales pipeline building to contract negotiation, customer relationship management, and support.
