About the Project

LAWIO is a Legal Tech startup that aims to provide tenants with an easy way to apply for their right-to-rent-reduction. Using an intelligent algorithm and automated processes, the rent reduction claim can first be checked and assessed, and then claimed by LAWIO from the landlord or property manager. Tenants are relieved of the annoying bureaucratic, time-consuming, and sometimes expensive effort of applying for a rent reduction. Lea Bötticher
