The Onsite Lean Startup Sprint is a two-week program in which you develop your startup idea into a proof-of-concept and grow your entrepreneurial mindset. You build a prototype, validate your ideas and draft your sustainable business model — with a startup coach and expert feedback.
The sprint and all formats are conducted in English.

For administrative reasons, our funding partners require continuous registration in our participant lists during attendance (name, email, signature). At least 50% attendance for a certificate; the first day (onboarding) is mandatory.

What is the Lean Startup Sprint?
A two-week onsite program in which you develop your startup idea into a proof of concept: build a prototype, validate your assumptions and draft a first, viable business model — supported by startup coaches and experts.
What if I don’t have a prototype or product yet?
Perfect — that’s exactly what the sprint is for. We help you turn your idea into a first prototype.
What if I don’t have any first customers yet?
No problem. We help you identify your target group and build a “Minimum Viable Product” (MVP) you can use to test your first assumptions.
What if I’m still on my own?
Building a startup works better as a team. Over the two weeks you’ll meet other aspiring founders — you might find your co-founders right here.
What are the requirements?
Residence in Berlin, a valid visa and a company that has not yet been founded. No prior experience is needed — the sprint is open to all new startups, regardless of their stage.
How much does it cost to take part?
Participation is free of charge.
What language is the sprint run in?
The sprint and all formats are run entirely in English.
How much time should I plan for?
Two weeks onsite at CIC Berlin. For the certificate, at least 50% attendance is required; the first day (onboarding) is mandatory.
