Read first.
Then write.

Nine out of ten inquiries are already answered on this website, usually in under five minutes.

Four steps, then the form

Go through them in order. If your question is still open after that, it belongs with us. And then you’ll get a proper answer.

  1. Does your venture actually fit one of our programs?

Eligibility, stage, academic background, deadlines: it’s all on the program pages. Whether your venture meets the criteria is yours to judge first.

  2. Is your question already in the FAQ?

199 answered questions are there, filterable by topic and program. From “What’s the difference between BSS and EXIST?” to “What stage should my project be at?”.

  3. Do you want to apply, or find something out first?

You don’t need this form to apply. Several calls usually run in parallel, each with its own deadline and its own route. You always apply through the programme itself, never through this form.

  4. Is your question still open after that?

Then write to us. Please include what you’ve already checked. That saves us both a round.

Good to know

The first assessment
is yours to make.

Whether your idea or venture fits a program is something you judge at the start. So that you can, the criteria are set out in full on the program pages. We then assess in the application process.

That keeps our time free to look at every application properly. And if something is still open after reading, you’re welcome to write to us.

Step 4

Your question is still open

We reply within two working days. The more precisely you describe what you’ve already checked, the more precise our answer will be.

What is your name, and how can we reach you?
This helps us route your enquiry to the right person more quickly.
