The workshop

In this workshop, you will receive an impulse on the topic of cooperation, including impulses on the pillars of a high performing team, team phases and team dynamics, communication including feedback and conflict resolution.

There are interactive offers for the teams to try out tools for improved teamwork, so we recommend attending as a full team and using the space to work together.

Your coach

Kerstin Buschbeck is an experienced and qualified coach, mediator and consultant with more than 15 years of professional experience in the areas of startups, corporate phases, innovation and leadership. Her goal is to support entrepreneurs and managers in their role, to develop their potential, to realize their visions and to build a work culture in which goals are achieved and people contribute their strengths. She supports personal and organizational growth, promotes cultural change and strengthens trust for change processes. In the area of team development, she offers reflective and playful methods to change the way teams work together through improved communication, a trustful feedback culture and to ensure their performance.

Participation

The workshop takes place on-site at the Startup Incubator Berlin, located at the Berlin “Zukunftsort” Siemensstadt Square, just a few steps away from the U7 subway station Rohrdamm.

Registration is possible here until Monday, Apr. 8th at 15:00 h, the number of participants is limited to 20 people. Please let us know early if you registered, but will be unable to attend. That way, we can accomodate attendees on the waiting list.

Due to the required registration at the gate and the access route to your workshop room, we ask participants to arrive no later than 15:15 h at the reception gate of our location (Rohrdamm 88, 13629 Berlin-Siemensstadt) where you will be met by our staff. A photo ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.) is required for access to the Siemens factory premises.

The workshop is free of charge for all participants, as it is publicly funded. For administrative purposes, our sponsors require enrollment in our participants’ lists (with full name, e-mail address, signature) on site.
