About the Project

Miyol is an insole system that enables people to generate electrical energy through their body movement while walking or running. The generated electricity can be used as a portable power bank to charge a smartphone or similar device. The integrated app combines AI-assisted reflection, personalized exercises, and in-depth psychological content to provide users with low-threshold support in their daily lives and sustainably promote their well-being.
