What insurance obligations do I have during the scholarship?

By |2026-04-06T08:41:00+02:00April 6th, 2026||

Scholarship recipients are responsible for their own insurance coverage. They must independently arrange health insurance, long-term care insurance, and, if applicable, pension insurance. The scholarship is a gross amount — any social security contributions and tax obligations must be covered by the scholarship recipients themselves. We recommend setting aside reserves for these costs early on.
