Participants' declaration of consent for ESF+-funded projects in the state of Berlin
Implementation of the project is not possible without funding from the European Union. The prerequisite for this funding is the collection, processing, use and storage of your personal data, which is collected in the “Participant Questionnaire”. The legal basis for data collection, data processing and data use as well as the questionnaire developed for this purpose is provided by Regulation (EU) No. 2021/1060 and Regulation (EU) No. 2021/1057.
