femconnect offers a virtual empowerment training for young women focused on personal development and finding purpose and direction. In self-organized online groups, participants coach each other without an external moderator, rotating between the roles of Presenter, Advisor and Challenger. The offering targets both female students (B2C) and companies that want to support their female employees (B2B). femconnect gave rise to the digital coaching tool CompassTeams.
