Nyma is an AI-powered coaching app for adults with ADHD. It co-creates individual systems together with its users, detects patterns in mood, energy and focus, and provides tools for emotional regulation. In doing so, Nyma closes the care gap caused by long waiting times and a shortage of specialists in ADHD diagnosis and support in Germany.
